Sapphire AutoTech was established by the name of Saphire Filtration as a sister concern of Neelam steels corporation in the year 2003, for the purpose of manufacturing sheet metal filter parts. With more than three decades of experience in sheet metal industry the founder brought the company to a respectable start. Within five years the annual turnover rose by a staggering 100%. Backed by strong financial backbone and respect from clients Saphire Filtration continued to grow at the same pace.
In the Year 2014 along with the expansion of our unit to a 10,000 Sq ft area in terms of infrastructure and additional facilities we changed our name from Saphire Filtration to Sapphire AutoTech to enhance our portfolio to a broader sheet metal sector. At this point we extended our operations in Automotive components and Special Purpose Machines.
Quality policy & objectives
Sapphire AutoTech is ISO 9001:2008 certified which covers all aspects of management and operations, including order entry, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, calibration and purchasing. All of the documentation related to Sapphire AutoTech’s production processes, work and safety instructions, and office procedures has been written and documented in the ISO-approved format.
What the company does
We undertake any task manufactured using press-work or metal machining. We specialize in filter end caps along with bowls, rolled perforated retainers, strainers, auto parts, etc.
